UNDER AGE?  HERE ARE THE RULES:

1. Todd Lake Tattoo Studio's will only tattoo minors 16 and older, and pierce minors 14 and older. 

2. If you are under 18 years old you will need to download a minor consent form below. Bring it with you along with a valid state id and your parent.  Your parent must be with you for the entire sitting.
